What time do I have to arrive and check out?

Our arrival time is 4pm and departure is 10am.

Are late check-outs possible?

Late check outs are available for Spitbank Fort in certain circumstances. Please speak with a member of our sales team on 02392 513 887 or info(at)remove-this.clarenco.com for more information.

Is Spitbank Fort available for rental all year round?

Yes, Spitbank Fort can be hired throughout the year, including over the Christmas and New Year period.

Will my mobile phone work on Spitbank Fort?

The phone signal on Spitbank Fort is good on the upper and middle decks with strong 3G signal available on most networks.

How do I get on and off of Spitbank Fort?

The newly installed landing stage and rise and fall staircase allows our boat to dock alongside the fort, creating a walkway onto the fort.

How many people can sleep on Spitbank Fort?

Spitbank Fort has 8 double bedrooms, with sleeping accommodation for up to 16 guests. The Crows Nest also has a large sofa bed offering accommodation for an additional two guests.

How many people can I have on Spitbank Fort for a function?

Spitbank Fort is available for a variety of uses and our reception areas are suitable for of up to 60 guests. We recommend for functions a maximum of 50 guests.

What are the standard of the rooms?

All of the rooms at Spitbank Fort are furnished to a very high standard and include air conditioning, en-suites, fine furniture and large TV's.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed in certain circumstances. Please contact our sales team for more information on 02392 513 887.

Do rooms contain a shower or bath?

All bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom with either a shower or bath. Please see the floorplans for a full description of the layout of the rooms.

Do you have hairdryers in the rooms?

Yes, all bedrooms in Spitbank Fort have hairdryers.

What if I or a member of my group has special dietary requirements?

Any dietary requirements should be discussed with our team 14 days before your booking.
