On your very own private island, all your gastronomic desires will be met. Our General Manager, Head Chef and Crew who man the Fort are there to ensure that you are well looked after, throughout your stay.
Whilst staying on the fort, your biggest decisions is exactly where to drink and eat. We have a variety of dining areas around the Fort, including our restaurant The Officer's Mess, The Crow's Nest which overlooks the Solent or dining areas on the Terrace. For more information, see our facilities.
When it comes to drinking, perhaps you would like a cocktail hour on one of the sun decks looking towards Portsmouth, or a digestif around the firepit with the Isle of Wight in the distance. Or maybe something bubbly, whilst relaxing in the Laurent-Perrier champagne bar?
