No Man's Land Fort

No Man's Land Fort was purchased in April 2012 and plans are now being drawn up for its development.

Once complete, No Man's Land Fort will be an unrivalled private island, offering large function space, luxurious facilities and a level of privacy and exclusivity that makes it one of the most unique venues in the world.

No Man's Land Fort is the big brother to Spitbank Fort, and nearly three times the size of the property. No Man's Land Fort will be undertaking an extensive refurbishment programme over the next 2 years, transforming the venue into an amazing Spa, Hotel, Events Venue and an amazing film location.

No Man's Land Fort will boast up to 27 spacious bedrooms, with sleeping capacity for 54 guests. The state of the art Spa, complete with Jacuzzi and Sauna will offer luxurious private facilities for guests and also for Spa days. The large conference and events spaces will also be able to accommodate up to 200 guests in a secure and private setting.
